School Board Certified Behavior Analyst Opportunity
Location: Near Chaplin, CT
Schedule: Full-Time
Contract Term: 20262027 School Year
Hourly Pay Range: $50-65+
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive school district for the 20262027 school year. This is a full-time, school-based contract opportunity supporting students across various district sites (itinerate).
Position Details:
- Full-time schedule (3540 hours/week)
- Work with both general education and special education populations
- Provide direct behavioral services to students
- Conduct observations throughout the district, including emotional support classrooms
- Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Collaborate with school psychologists, teachers, and district staff to support student success
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification & CT LBA required
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
