Cybercab Process Engineer

What To Expect: The CyberCab Process Engineer will lead working the with ME team to do the planning, execution, and optimization of Assembly/Welding processes during the launch phase of Tesla’s new products introduction. This role focuses on the successful deployment of multiple manufacturing equipment, ensuring processes meet safety, quality, and operational efficiency targets while achieving key project milestones. Meanwhile, this role also executes production ramp‑up activities in alignment with Tesla’s manufacturing standards. The engineer will work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, suppliers, and key stakeholders to deliver world‑class manufacturing solutions aligned with Tesla’s innovative standards. What You’ll Do Define and optimize production processes for Assembly/Welding line launch, focusing on efficiency, safety, and quality.
