Powered by our AURA execution and governance engine, we serve highly regulated enterprises: regional banks, capital markets firms, healthcare systems, and insurance carriers. We have real customers running mission-critical agent workloads in production. We're hiring the first member of our Solutions function to go deep with those customers — and build the playbook for how Metaprise wins enterprise AI. What You\'ll Do Lead technical discovery with Heads of AI, Chief Compliance Officers, Chief Risk Officers, and platform engineering teams at enterprise customers. Diagnose root causes of failed or stalled agent deployments — governance gaps, audit failures, identity issues, broken orchestration — and document findings with precision. Design solution architectures that map Metaprise\'s platform (AURA, the Six Engines, Orchestration, Observability) to each customer\'s operational and compliance reality. Own pre-sales architecture for enterprise deals, including deployment design across Cloud, Hybrid, and air-gapped environments. Translate field insight into product direction — synthesize customer pain into prioritized, contextualized requirements for the product and engineering teams. Build deployment blueprints — agent configuration, governance policy setup, orchestration patterns, integration mapping — and hand off cleanly to implementation. Establish the Solutions playbook — the frameworks, documentation, and processes future Solutions Engineers will execute against. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree or above. 2+ years in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting. 1+ years of experience with enterprise software. 1+ years of experience with AI / ML products or platforms. Demonstrated experience leading complex technical discovery and turning customer requirements into actionable specs. Working knowledge of agent-based systems, orchestration patterns, and enterprise governance / compliance frameworks. Strong technical credibility with platform engineers AND strategic fluency with senior risk / compliance stakeholders. Excellent written communication — you produce documentation, deployment architectures, and requirement specs that other teams can act on. Nice to Have Experience in regulated industries: financial services, healthcare, or insurance. Familiarity with audit trails, policy enforcement, identity and authority frameworks.
