The answer is you—an information security risk specialist who will break down complex threats into manageable plans of action.As an information security risk specialist on our team, you’ll use your experience to work with military organizations to discover their cyber risks, understand applicable policies, and develop a mitigation plan. You’ll review technical and personnel details to assess the entire threat landscape. Then, you’ll guide your client through a plan of action with presentations, white papers, and milestones.You’ll work with your client to translate security concepts, so they can make the best decisions to secure their mission-critical systems. The world can’t wait.You Have:Experience with implementing and enforcing security controls for cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance with DoW security frameworksExperience in managing security configurations, conducting penetration testing, and implementing SIEM solutions such as Microsoft Sentinel or AWS Security HubExperience with performing risk assessments, continuous security monitoring, and developing mitigation strategies in cloud and hybrid environmentsExperience with administering role -based access control ( RBAC) and enforcing least-privilege access policies for mission-critical applicationsExperience with managing the ATO lifecycle, including the preparation of System Security Plans (SSP), Security Assessment Reports (SAR), and Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&M)Experience in coordinating with DoW cybersecurity officials to achieve and sustain ATOs for cloud-based and on-premises environmentsTS/SCI clearanceBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or Information Assurance and 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, or 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations in lieu of a degreeNice If You Have:Experience working in DoW or IC environments preferredCompTIA Security+, GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) CertificationsClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
