Claims ManagerA well-established insurance organization is seeking an experienced Claims Manager to oversee day-to-day claims operations and support a team of claims professionals.This is a great opportunity for an experienced claims professional who enjoys solving complex issues, developing employees, and ensuring claims are handled accurately and efficiently.What You'll DoManage daily claims operations and workflow.Provide guidance and support on complex and escalated claims.Review claims for accuracy, documentation, reserves, and appropriate handling.Coach and develop claims team members.Work closely with carriers, adjusters, clients, and internal teams to resolve claims issues.Monitor claims performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.Ensure claims activities are handled in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.Assist with reporting, audits, and other claims-related projects.What We're Looking For5+ years of insurance claims experience.Previous claims management or supervisory experience preferred.Strong P&C insurance claims knowledge.Experience with complex and/or litigated claims is a plus.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal and external partners.Wisconsin claims experience preferred.What You'll ReceiveHybrid work environmentCompetitive salary and benefitsCollaborative team environmentOpportunity for professional growthStable organization with a strong reputation in the insurance industry gpac
