About our Agency:
Our agency has been serving customers since 2012 in Vinita and expanded to Broken Arrow in 2022. Today were proud to be recognized as one of the top agencies in the country. Our team currently includes 12 full-time team members, and as we continue to grow, were looking to add four more.

We work hard, but we also have a lot of fun together. Our team enjoys regular team-building events like pickleball, paint parties, holiday potlucks, and Halloween celebrations. We love finding reasons to celebrate and build strong relationships within the team.

Position Overview:
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements :

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
