About the Role:
For the Love of Basketball LLC/i9 Sports is looking for a passionate and energetic Sports Coordinator to join their team in Southgate, MI! This is your chance to turn your love of the game into a career by helping organize, manage, and grow exciting sport programs for players of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of sports programs and facility activities
• Recruit, manage, and communicate with coaches, referees, and volunteers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for players, parents, and participants
• Ensure all games and events run on time and according to league rules and guidelines
• Maintain equipment, rosters, schedules, and program records

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sports coordination, athletic administration, or recreation preferred but NOT necessary
• Some knowledge of specific sport rules, gameplay, and league operations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work evenings & weekend schedules
• Comfortable working with youth, adults, and diverse community groups
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus but NOT necessary
