Pharmacy TechnicianWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The ideal candidate will support the pharmacy operations by assisting pharmacists in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our diverse patient population.Key Responsibilities:Assist pharmacists in prescription processing and preparation without exercising professional judgment.Accurately enter prescription, patient, and insurance information into pharmacy systems.Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.Maintain medication inventory, including ordering, stocking, rotation, and expiration monitoring.Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.Support 340B drug pricing program activities, including compliance documentation, and audits, as assigned.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication management.Participate in patient education initiatives regarding medication use and safety.Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials.Performs other duties as assigned.We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
