Seasonal RecruiterThe Seasonal Recruiter is responsible for providing full-cycle recruitment filling both non-exempt and exempt level positions. The Recruiter will ensure a qualified, diverse candidate pipeline exists for jobs throughout the year and during our company Peak Seasons throughout our Final Mile and Distribution network. This position will collaborate with the HR Department and other Business Unit Leadership, as needed to fill open positions in our regional campus locations. This hourly position will report directly to our Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.The Seasonal Recruiter position is located in Olive Branch, MS You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will....Provide multi-state sourcing and full-cycle recruitment for distribution center positions including high-volume recruitment; Ensures recruiting and selection processes are legally compliantMaintain daily review of new applicants via the Applicant Tracking System and other recruiting aggregators; Partners with Hiring Managers and candidates on a weekly basis regarding status updatesConduct Intake Sessions with Hiring Manager within 24 hours of receiving Job RequisitionUtilize company approved templates for postings and sourcing to various job boards and other recruitment resources as a part of your day-to-day job duties; Updates weekly recruitment spreadsheet for candidate reporting and metrics trackingPartner with Human Resources field leaders to arrange interviews and travel/lodging, as applicableSource, assess, interview, and influence talent for non-exempt rolesDevelop recruitment strategy for hard-to-fill positions in partnership with Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Director; Define and execute sourcing strategies and hiring expectations timelineCreate and generate Human Resources reports as directed by leadershipConduct audits of internal Human Resources files and policiesMeet daily, weekly, and monthly Talent Acquisition and Human Resources cadence standardsAssist in special projects such as audits, reports and associate event coordinationCreate and maintain both Job and Candidate Requisition Folders based on Williams - Sonoma, Inc. company standardsOther duties, as assignedCheck out some of the required qualifications we are looking for in amazing candidates….Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fieldAt least 1–3 years of sourcing and full-cycle recruiting experience in a distribution center or manufacturing environment, supporting high-volume positionsMust be proficient in Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Excel; Must have experience with Power Point, Canva or other related graphic design and communication softwareMust have a high degree of professionalism and the ability to work with confidential informationAbility to meet and exceed department recruitment metrics and build recruitment strategies, as needed to fill positions in a timely manner based on Department KPI'sFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and basic Human Resources Information System (HRIS) platformsMust be able to multitask and change recruitment focus based on the needs of the businessWe prefer some of these qualities as well….Kronos Time Keeping SystemsBilingual in SpanishReview these physical requirements, as they play a major part in this role….Occasionally will need to lift items weighing 10 - 20lbsAbility to sit or stand for 8 to 10-hour periods and bend and twist at waist and knees as required to complete job tasksOur company benefits are second to none in the industry….Generous discount on all Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brand products401(k) plan and other investment opportunitiesPaid vacations, Employee Assistance Programs, Time Off to Volunteer, Matching Gifts Community Service Program, and Holidays (in some locations)Health benefits, dental and vision insurance, including same-sex domestic partner benefits, Legal and Identity Protection Plans and Pet InsuranceFor more information on our benefits offers, please visit MyWSIBenefits.comTo learn more about our Supply Chain culture and regional associate events, please visit: (Login credentials may be required)EOE
