Call Center Representative - Service Department - Fred Haas Nissan

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound internet leads by phone, text message, and email
• Schedules service appointments
• Conducts telephone transactions courteously and promptly
• Follows all attendance and punctuality standards and adheres to timekeeping standards; Employees are required to record the beginning and end times of any shift, break or departure from work for personal reasons
• Maintains a professional appearance in accordance with company policy
• Log ALL customer attempts and comments in and schedule follow up calls.
• Re-schedule "no show" customer appointments.
• Makes daily call quota (200 calls per day)
• Understand profiles and patterns of typical telephone prospects

Skills/Qualifications

• The ability to manage high call volumes, internet leads and call lists simultaneously
• Minimum one year of call center experience; dealership experience highly desired
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with dealership CRM and DMS systems

Requirements

• Must pass background & Drug screen
• Basic computer skills
• Must have valid driver license
• Must work 40 hours a week

Compensation

Pay starting at $15 plus bonuses & comissions - DOE
