Catering Lead

As a Catering Lead at Giant Eagle, you will coordinate all aspects of our in-store catering program, supporting events and large orders for our communities. You’ll oversee food preparation, packaging, and presentation, ensuring every order meets our quality, safety, and freshness standards. You’ll guide and train team members, manage daily production schedules, and communicate closely with customers and store leadership. This role ensures orders are accurate and on time, maintains inventory and sanitation, and supports a culture of respect, teamwork, and exceptional guest service.
