About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP and Head of Marketing and Sales for Neuro Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the commercial interface with regional business line leads, driving commercial success, and ensuring the delivery of orders and sales in line with the strategic business line plan. This role requires the development and maintenance of a strategic sales and marketing plan, monitoring of performance, and driving continuous margin improvement. The VP will also be tasked with developing go-to-market strategies, ensuring market access prioritization, and driving new order objectives. Additionally, the role involves developing a strong value proposition, and messaging, and translating this into sales enablement tools. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred, and a proven track record in market development, sales, and senior management in an international marketing or sales role. To be successful in this position, the VP and Head of Marketing and Sales for Neuro Solutions at the company should possess persistent and persuasive behavior, high interpersonal skills, and excellent communication. A results-driven, self-starting, and entrepreneurial mindset is essential, as is the ability to work across regions and cultures. The role demands a candidate with a strong ethical standard, values, and good judgment, who is willing to travel internationally. The candidate should be adept at gaining customer insights, understanding market needs, and evaluating the portfolio against competitive actions. Line management responsibility for direct reports is also a key aspect of the role, requiring the ability to set targets, coach, and manage performance.
