● Operating Area: All 49 States / occasionally Canada
● Well maintained and comfortable Peterbilt or Kenworth trucks ( manual transmission )
● Flexible home time; home when you need to be

Flatbed experience preferred, but willing to train.

Job Requirements

· Must be able to sit and remain alert while driving for periods of time, up to 10 hours.

· Must be able to shift a manual transmission and operate foot pedals.

· Must be able to enter and exit the vehicle's cab several times a day. Cab floor is usually from 36 to 66 inches above ground level. Entry is achieved by the use of various configurations of steps and handle holds. Movement involves climbing, bending, twisting, squatting, and balancing.

· Must be able to perform lifting, crouching, bending, twisting, climbing movements involved in the loading, positioning, and securing of freight.

· Must be able to lift and carry weights up to 100 pounds.

· Experience with oversized loads, flatbeds, drop decks, etc. strongly preferred but not required.

· No tickets within the last 3 years and no accidents within the last 5, preferred (can make exceptions for the right candidate)

· Not cited for a D.O.T. defined accident in the previous 3 years

-MUST HAVE 2 YEARS CONSECUTIVE EXPERIENCE OF CLASS A CDL DRIVING.
