Robusto by Havana Mix is seeking an energetic, personable, and professional Bartender to create exceptional guest experiences in our upscale cigar lounge environment. The ideal candidate understands hospitality, enjoys building relationships with guests, and can deliver outstanding beverage service while maintaining a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards. Provide exceptional customer service to lounge guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Accurately process transactions and handle cash payments. Restock bar inventory and notify management of shortages. Assist with special events, trivia nights, live music performances, and private functions. Ensure compliance with all Tennessee alcohol regulations and company policies. Create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits. Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be 21 years of age or older. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to work in an environment where cigars are smoked.
