- PerformfirealarmtestingandinspectionsaccordingtoNFPAandlocalcodestandards
- Prepareaccurateandtimelyinspectionandservicereports
- Communicatewithcustomersregardingcompletedworkandnecessaryrepairs
- Participateinscheduledon-callrotation
- Minimum 2yearsofhands-onfirealarmexperience
- Firealarmprogrammingandtroubleshootingexperience
- Functionalknowledgeof Simplex,Notifier,andFire-Lite systems
- Advanceddiagnosticsandsystemrepairknowledgepreferred
- NICETcertificationpreferred,butnotrequired
- Specialhazardsuppressionsystemexperience,including FM200andHalon ,isaplus
- Validdriver'slicensewith3orfewerpoints
- Minimum3yearsoflicenseddrivingexperience
- Abilitytoworkon6-12ft.laddersandlifts
- Abilitytoliftupto70lbs.
- Comfortableworkingoverheadandinsmallorunusualspaces,includingatticsandcrawlspaces
