Senior Facility ManagerThe Senior Facility Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and optimization of the facility's infrastructure, utilities, and support services. This role ensures operational continuity, safety compliance, and a clean, efficient working environment across all areas, including production, warehouse, office spaces, and surrounding grounds.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the repair and maintenance of building structures, systems, and fixtures, including all utilities and servicesEnsure high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping across all facility areasManage staffing, resources, and daily operations of the Facility DepartmentEnsure availability of spare parts and maintenance consumables (e.g., lighting, cables, tools)Oversee procurement and usage of cleaning and hygiene suppliesPlan and schedule preventive maintenance, overhauls, and installation projectsCoordinate and supervise third-party contractors to ensure safe and efficient execution of work with minimal disruption to operationsMaintain and update all facility layouts, drawings, and technical documentationOperations & MaintenancePrioritize and coordinate maintenance activities in alignment with production requirementsEnsure readiness of maintenance workshops, tools, and equipmentMaintain logs of breakdowns, root cause analysis, and corrective actionsPrepare and review weekly facility performance and incident reportsEnsure calibration of instruments and measuring devices per manufacturer recommendationsLeadership & Team ManagementLead, supervise, and evaluate Facility Department staff performanceIdentify training needs and support continuous employee developmentFoster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvementHealth, Safety & Compliance (EHS)Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirementsEnforce safe work practices, including electrical safety, work-at-height protocols, and fire prevention measuresSupport environmental initiatives in line with ISO 14001 standardsIdentify and mitigate workplace and fire safety risks in collaboration with safety officersPromote employee engagement in EHS initiatives and continuous improvement actionsContractor & Vendor ManagementManage procurement and performance of third-party service providersEnsure proper supervision during contractor activities to safeguard company assets and ensure safety complianceBasic QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or leadership roleStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder coordinationHigh level of initiative and accountabilityStrong attention to detail and quality standardsProficiency in MS Office and facility management systemsPreferred QualificationsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively across departmentsStrong organizational and planning skillsWhy Join UsComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.Basic life insurance and short-term disability coverage provided by employer.Supplemental life insurance and long-term disability coverage options available.401K with employer contribution.Personal, Vacation, and Holiday paid time off for all full-time employees.Our company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
