Bartender

The Mixologist at Stone X Steel is a curator of flavor, experience, and hospitality. This role goes beyond pouring drinks—it is about crafting elevated cocktails, engaging guests, and upholding the Stone X Steel standard of excellence . The Mixologist blends technical skill with creativity, consistency, and showmanship to deliver memorable bar experiences. Key Responsibilities Craft & Beverage Excellence Prepare and serve crafted cocktails using house recipes, premium spirits, and fresh ingredients Execute signature drinks, seasonal features, and zero-proof options with accuracy and consistency Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, bitters, syrups, garnishes, and flavor profiles Maintain proper pour standards, glassware selection, and presentation aesthetics Participate in menu development, tastings, and cocktail innovation (as requested) Guest Experience Deliver warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service at the bar and bar-adjacent tables Educate guests on cocktail ingredients, flavor notes, and pairings Create a welcoming, upscale yet approachable atmosphere aligned with the Stone X Steel brand Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly Bar Operations Set up and break down the bar according to opening and closing procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar at all times Prepare garnishes, syrups, infusions, and mixes according to SOPs Monitor inventory, reduce waste, and communicate restocking needs Adhere to all local, state, and federal alcohol service regulations Team & Culture Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management for seamless service Model professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork Support special events, brunch service, happy hour, and themed experiences Uphold Stone X Steel values of excellence, respect, and hospitality Qualifications Required 1–3 years of bartending or mixology experience (craft cocktail experience preferred) Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be 21+ and hold required alcohol service certification Preferred Experience with house-made syrups, infusions, or smoked cocktails Knowledge of zero-proof / mocktail crafting Passion for hospitality, presentation, and guest engagement Previous upscale or concept-driven restaurant experience Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Lift up to 25 lbs (ice, liquor cases, supplies) Manual dexterity for bartending tools and equipment Why Work at Stone X Steel Be part of a concept-driven, elevated dining experience Opportunity to contribute creatively to cocktail programs Growth potential within a developing brand Team-oriented, high-standards culture #J-18808-Ljbffr Torsap Thai Kitchen
