The role is integral to daily warehouse operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently. The Team Leader guides and develops team members while maintaining a safe environment. This position is responsible for assisting with training, promoting a safe and efficient work environment, and leading by example. What You’ll Do Coordinate and lead daily team operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Unpack, repack, and properly store materials and products. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments using tools and visual aids to ensure accuracy. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and/or cranes, for loading and unloading. Utilize production tools and systems, such as scan guns, to support workflow processes. Inspect product prior to shipment to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized workspace in accordance with 5S standards. Check daily 5S assignments to ensure completion and accuracy. Accurately enter production and inventory data into basic spreadsheet systems. Follow all established procedures, policies, and safety guidelines to promote a safe work environment. Maintain accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing materials. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement efforts. Cultivate a positive, productive work environment through Positive Employee Relations. Perform additional duties as assigned. What You Need Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, as well as other database systems as required. Ability to read and understand basic instructions, short correspondence, and internal communications. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to create, interpret, analyze basic charts and graphs. Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively share information in one‑on‑one and small group settings with customers, clients, and team members. Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide across standard units of measure. Travel up to 10% as required.
