About the Role\n

This is not a sit-at-a-desk-and-wait-for-leads sales position.

\n

Your primary responsibility will be generating and closing retail, fleet, and commercial golf cart sales. You must be comfortable making 30 or more outbound calls per day , following up consistently, contacting new prospects, and asking for the sale.

\n

You will also be cross-trained in many areas of the business and serve as a backup floater across our three locations. You will work primarily at our Mesa and Tempe facilities, filling important gaps and supporting sales, customer service, operations, inventory, and other departments when needed.

\n

The right person will enjoy variety, learn quickly, stay productive without constant supervision, and be willing to jump in wherever the company needs help.

Sales Responsibilities\n

• Make at least 30 outbound sales and follow-up calls per day
\n
• Respond quickly to incoming phone calls, messages, website leads, and walk-in customers
\n
• Consistently follow up with prospects through phone, text, email, and our CRM
\n
• Guide customers through the entire buying process, from the first conversation through payment and delivery
\n
• Post and promote golf carts using accurate, compelling online listings
\n
• Schedule and manage customer appointments and test drives
\n
• Build relationships with individual buyers and commercial decision-makers
\n
• Prospect for new fleet and commercial opportunities
\n
• Contact golf courses, resorts, HOAs, schools, contractors, event companies, municipalities, and other organizations
\n
• Prepare professional quotes and multi-cart proposals
\n
• Explain available financing, leasing, delivery, and customization options
\n
• Negotiate and close both individual and multi-unit sales
\n
• Keep every lead, note, task, and follow-up updated in the CRM
\n
• Work toward clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
\n
• Deliver a five-star customer experience before, during, and after every sale
\n

Multi-Location Floater Responsibilities\n

\n
• Work at different company locations based on staffing and business needs
\n
• Become cross-trained in most major positions and workflows within the company
\n
• Provide backup support for retail sales, fleet sales, customer service, and operations
\n
• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email or text
\n
• Help resolve customer questions, order issues, and internal follow-up items
\n
• Assist with inventory checks, cart identification, staging, and organization
\n
• Help coordinate carts, paperwork, deliveries, pickups, and customer appointments
\n
• Support online listings by gathering cart information and taking photos when needed
\n
• Step into uncovered responsibilities during employee absences, busy periods, or special projects
\n
• Communicate clearly between departments and locations
\n
• Learn new systems and processes as the company continues to grow
\n
• Take ownership of problems and help move them toward a solution
\n

• Proven sales experience or a strong track record in a customer-facing role
\n
• Comfortable making 30+ calls every day without needing to be reminded
\n
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills

• Confident speaking with both individual customers and organizational decision-makers

• Competitive, motivated, and energized by goals and measurable results

• Organized and capable of managing multiple leads, customers, and priorities

• Comfortable working at multiple company locations

• Tech-savvy and able to learn CRM systems, online marketplaces, and internal software

• Willingness to learn the golf cart industry and develop expert-level product knowledge

• Reliable transportation for travel between company locations
\n

Experience in automotive, RV, powersports, equipment, fleet, or commercial sales is helpful but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
