What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality transthoracic and stress echocardiograms using GE Vivid E95 and Philips CVX equipment
• Accurately analyze and document cardiac ultrasound images
• Collaborate with physicians to assist in diagnosing cardiac conditions
• Maintain high standards of patient care and imaging safety
• Attend orientation sessions and adhere to facility protocols
• Ensure proper documentation within the EPIC EMR system
• Participate in occasional on-call duties (one night per week)

What You Need

Required:

• Current RCS-CCI or RDCS-ARDMS certification
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 4 years experience in cardiac ultrasound
• Ability to perform 4000+ echocardiograms
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• Graduate from an accredited cardiac ultrasound program or relevant health science program
• Experience with neonatal echo (a plus)
• Training in IV and UEA contrast administration

About the Assignment

This position is based at a reputable facility in Olathe, KS, providing comprehensive cardiac imaging services across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency departments. The echocardiology team utilizes state-of-the-art GE and Philips ultrasound systems, supporting a wide range of cardiac diagnostics including resting, stress, and TEEs. Orientation includes two days at TUKHS and additional facility training to ensure seamless integration into team workflows.
