• You're a motivated student with a current 3.0 GPA or higher seeking a currently pursuing a degree in one of the following areas from an accredited college or university: Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Data Science
• This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience and meaningful exposure to the telecommunications industry in your chosen field.
• Internship program runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027.
• In addition to role-specific projects, you'll take part in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship, and experiences that help you grow personally and professionally.

What you can expect in this role

As a Spectrum intern, you'll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.

Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations.

This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network, and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.

Internship responsibilities may include:

• Help uncover insights to drive strategic planning, execution, and measurement of retention-specific campaigns.

Required qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Interest in marketing strategy, campaign planning, project management, or cross-functional business operations; ability to synthesize information and communicate findings clearly
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
