What You'll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the restaurant (front and back of house) environment with energy and professionalism
- Maintain systems, controls, and operational standards
- Coach and develop team members in a positive, productive manner
- Energize and maintain staff morale
- Lead productive, quality shifts
- Keep guests at the center of every decision
- Drive profit-minded operations while maintaining high service standards
- Live out and model the beliefs and philosophy that define Roosters
You'll set the tone for both performance and culture.
