Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30) | Every Other Weekend Rotation | Some Holiday Coverage Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical, Surgical, and Trauma ICU setting
• Monitor and interpret telemetry, including identification of lethal cardiac rhythms and heart blocks
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to manage critically ill patients
• Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, with acute care experience within the last 3 years
• Medical, Surgical, and Trauma ICU experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required – American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
• Must pass a Telemetry competency exam (adult and pediatric) prior to start, with a passing score of 80% or higher and 100% identification of lethal rhythms

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity, Level I Trauma or academic medical center environment
• Familiarity with cardiac rhythm interpretation and advanced hemodynamic monitoring
