Bringing innovative custom partner programs to life, the full-time remote Creative Activation Manager will manage end-to-end activation of bespoke campaigns, ensuring operational excellence and creative impact while collaborating across various teams and stakeholders. Key responsibilities Own the activation of bespoke partner programs, coordinating across Sales, GTM, and Creative Strategy from commercial handoff through launch Lead cross-functional execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with partner commitments Evaluate activation feasibility and define clear scopes, milestones, and timelines for successful campaign delivery Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in creative program management, production, or project management within an advertising or partnerships context Proven ability to lead complex programs or campaigns from pre-sale strategy to post-sale execution Strong skills in communication, presentation, and stakeholder management Experience with multi-channel campaign activation across various digital marketing channels Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and improve team processes
