Due to growth, we are looking for Associate Litigation Attorneys and Senior Associate Litigation Attorneys to join our team.

Job Details

• Proactively manage automotive product liability and general liability cases in state and federal courts
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and conduct related research
• Maintain frequent client communication and detailed case reporting
• Perform comprehensive legal analysis, case evaluations, and strategic recommendations
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and attend depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Prepare for and attend trials as needed

Looking For:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of automotive product liability experience
• Proven ability to independently manage a caseload from start to finish
• Experience conducting depositions, drafting motions, and handling client communications
• Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills
• Desire to provide exceptional client service and contribute to firm growth
