ProSidian, an innovative management and consulting firm, is seeking a skilled and culturally sensitive Spanish Language Translator to contribute to a transformative initiative focused on comprehending drivers' attitudes and behaviors related to alcohol and non-alcohol drug use. The Spanish Translator will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and effective translation of survey materials between English and Spanish, facilitating inclusive data collection. The Spanish Translator is a linguistics professional who accurately translates written English into written Spanish, and written Spanish into written English. A translator translates the tone and meaning of a written English survey to a written Spanish survey and interprets any written Spanish comments in written English. A Translator must be proficient enough in both languages to accurately translate between English and Spanish written languages. As part of a collaborative venture with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), we are seeking a seasoned and adept team member to work on a comprehensive survey project aimed at enhancing road safety and reducing the risks associated with impaired driving. Conduct thorough reviews of translated materials to identify and rectify any linguistic or contextual discrepancies.
