As an Insurance Sales Rep , youll connect with active shoppers through inbound and outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and other communication channels. Youll use your insurance knowledge to identify coverage gaps and turn warm leads into customers through a consultative sales approach. This role combines structured training, warm leads, performance-based rewards, and a long-term path toward owning your own insurance agency.

• $43,200 to $48,000 base salary based on experience , with commissions and bonuses on top
• Flexibility with Work Location (Home Optional) for a few days per week if desired
