Team Lead, Fulfillment (LAX)

We are on the lookout for a Team Lead, Fulfillment in Santa Fe Springs, who shares our passion for being Customer Obsessed. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in being responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role involves leading a team of warehouse associates, coordinating activities, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in logistics or warehouse management, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Pay Rate: $22-$26 per hour Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates; Train new employees on company standards and procedures; Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity; Receiving and storing inventory delivered to the warehouse; Staging and sorting of items, palletizing, and crating; Provide regular reports on warehouse performance and key metrics (SLAs) to the operations leadership, Use of tools including but not limited to scanners, carts, hand trucks and dollies; Follow all 5S processes consistently and effectively; Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback; Ensure accurate inventory management, including stock counts and reconciliations; Implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures to maximize efficiency; Enforce safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment; Address and resolve any issues related to damaged or missing goods; Liaise with other departments, such as procurement, account management, and customer service, to coordinate activities and resolve issues; Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners. What We Are Looking For: 2+ years experience in a supervisor or team lead position within a Fulfillment warehouse; Strong leadership and team management skills; Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities; Proficient in warehouse management software and the Google Suite; Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs); Prolonged periods of standing and walking; Have a valid forklift license is a bonus; Bilingual in Spanish and English is a bonus; Authorized to work in the US for any employer.
