Job Summary As a Field Sales Representative, you will prospect and conduct Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid‑size merchants, ultimately closing deals in a fast sales cycle. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Responsibilities include explaining our value proposition via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients on other Heartland products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Payroll Territory (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM). You will set appointments, run scheduled meetings, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales. After training, you will set your own schedule to maximize 100% commission and residuals on the business you bring in. Responsibilities Prospect new clients. Maintain client records in the CRM system, including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact information, and other relevant data. Meet minimum production requirements, including setting first‑time appointments to secure wins. Continuously build knowledge of our product portfolio and industry developments. Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with leaders. Perform additional responsibilities as needed. Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check. Resident of the local area. At least two years of relevant experience. Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills. Works well independently and as part of a team. Incentive‑driven sales “hunter.” Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity. High sense of urgency and innate sales talent. Enjoys cold‑calling and face‑to‑face interactions. Accountable for measurable, high‑quality, timely results. Available for field work at least 50% of the time. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Prior experience in a B2B sales role. Experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Compensation & Benefits W2 employment with medical, dental, life, and disability benefits.
