Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in the Fulton Industrial area of Atlanta. This role involves assembling metal lockers and related components in a production environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing repetitive tasks, follows directions carefully, demonstrates strong problem-solving ability, and is committed to long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble lockers and components according to written and verbal instructions
• Operate hand and power tools, including a rivet gun
• Inspect parts for quality and ensure proper alignment and fit
• Identify and resolve minor assembly issues to keep production moving efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Meet daily production goals while adhering to safety standards

Qualifications:

• Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
• Punctual, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude that promotes a friendly and collaborative work environment
• Demonstrated commitment to long-term growth and stability with an employer

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
