NextStep Recruiting has partnered with an amazing Law Firm that is seeking to hire a Paralegal for the Transactional Finance team. This is a remarkable opportunity to join an incredible team on a contract basis.
Requirements for this opportunity include:
- Interact with finance teams and clients to facilitate all aspects of credit facility closings.
- Draft and review lien filings at state/county levels and review of entity formation and organizational documents (e.g., certificates of incorporation/formation, qualifications, bylaws/initial LP and LLC agreements, organizational consents, and assumed name certificates).
- Draft transactional board consents and officer certificates.
- Needs to have 2+ years of experience supporting Finance Attorneys
