Physical Therapist (PT)

Role: Physical Therapist in a facility-based setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab. Responsibilities: Assess patient needs, develop personalized recovery plans, deliver physical therapy, and collaborate with team members. Provide patient and caregiver education to promote independence and optimize physical abilities. Adapt treatment approaches to individual patient needs and settings, ensuring a patient-centered recovery experience. Engage in a supportive team environment and refer patients as needed to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications & Skills Valid Physical Therapy license or proof of eligibility in the practice state(s). Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent, or Bachelor's plus 5 years of progressive PT experience. Evaluation of international degrees for U.S. equivalency if applicable. Key Duties: Conduct assessments, develop and implement therapy plans, educate patients, and collaborate with healthcare teams to facilitate recovery and independence.
