Manager, R&D Thought Leadership and Reputation

We're looking for a Manager, R&D Thought Leadership & Reputation Communications to join our Corporate Communications team within Corporate Affairs. You'll help shape and lead external communications that strengthen our reputation, tell our scientific story, and position our R&D leaders as industry voices. You'll turn complex science into stories that connect, working closely with Product & Pipeline Communications, Patient Advocacy, and R&D teams. This position offers the chance to help shape how the world sees Regeneron's science, reporting to the Director, Research Communications.

WHEN & WHERE:

• Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY or Tarrytown, NY
• Work model/flexibility: Onsite a minimum of four days per week (not open to

fully remote or hybrid arrangements)

DISCOVER YOUR ROLE:

* Help build external communications strategies that align with R&D and company goals * Work with scientists, physicians, and medical and regulatory teams to turn complex science into clear, engaging stories

• Secure speaking engagements, media opportunities, and events for R&D leaders
• Prepare spokespeople with briefing materials and key messages
• Build relationships with trade media through proactive outreach and story

• Lead reputation-building campaigns from content planning through delivery
• Guide external PR agencies and partners to keep quality, budgets, and

timelines on track * Set up measurement plans and dashboards to track impact and guide improvements This role might be for you if you:

• Have experience building executive presence and social media campaigns,

• Do well in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Stay proactive and adaptable, even when things are uncertain
• Feel genuinely curious about science
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7+ years of experience in strategic corporate healthcare communications
