Upon successful completion of the introductory period, employees advance to $30.51 per hour.CR&R is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to support the maintenance and repair of critical equipment used in trash collection, recycling, and material movement. This role focuses on excavators, grizzlies, backhoes, loaders, pavers, and related heavy machinery that keep operations running safely and efficiently.Why This Role MattersThis position directly supports essential public service operations.
