Automotive Title Clerk

Join Mountain Chevrolet as an Automotive Title Clerk in Glenwood Springs, COIn this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing vehicle title documents to ensure accurate and timely registration and title transfer for our customers. You will work closely with dealership staff, customers, and government agencies to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process titles and registration documents for new and used vehicles.Coordinate with state DMV and other agencies to ensure timely title and registration processing.Maintain accurate records of all title paperwork and transactions.Assist customers with title-related questions and resolve discrepancies.Work with sales and finance departments to verify and manage lien documentation.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws related to vehicle titling.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience with automotive title processing or a related clerical role preferred.Familiarity with DMV procedures and automotive documentation.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management systems.BenefitsCompetitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, paid semi-monthly.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Supportive and friendly work environment.Employee discounts on vehicle purchases and services.About the CompanyMountain Chevrolet is a trusted dealership located in Glenwood Springs, CO, committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality vehicles.
