The scope of this job includes working with stakeholders to solidify solution requirements while becoming an expert to define, analyze, and document software-integration requirements.We invite you to apply today and join us in shaping the future of healthcare!**Key Responsibilities:*** Manage requirements in JIRA, ensure availability to scrum team, collaborate and track prioritization, and adhere to agile development principals with support from the solution manager.* Maintain current solution documentation and support compliance processes.* Demonstrate and effectively articulate current and planned solution features functionality to internal stakeholders.* Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to create user stories based on defined requirements for small- to medium-sized projects that follow standard practices and guidelines.* Gather success criteria data and report on solution metrics, key performance indicators, and client adoption.* Perform other job duties as assigned.**Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience* At least 0 - 2 years relevant work experience**Preferred Qualifications:*** Clinical experience/licensure highly preferred.**Job Expectations:*** Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs.* Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.* Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.* Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.#LI-PG1#LI-OnsiteWellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
