Job Description

· Assume ownership of a well-established 30-year book of business following a retirement transition

· Manage full-cycle account relationships including quoting, proposals, order status updates, and technical inquiries

· Conduct proactive follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

· Drive new business development through cold calling and self-generated leads

Key Requirements 

· Minimum of 2 years of experience preparing quotes and proposals for manufactured products

· Proficiency in reading and interpreting 3D CAD drawings
