Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS
• AHA ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS certifications
• Preferred: Fetal Monitoring Certification and STABLE
• 2 years of labor experience, including labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care of mother and newborn
• Epic proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in labor and delivery settings
• Monitor fetal and maternal well-being
• Assist in labor management and delivery processes
• Educate and support patients and families
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and concisely

Compliance / Notes

This position requires the use of the employee's personal automobile and travel for work assignments at multiple points of care. No excessive RTO will be approved.
