The General Laborer will perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor both indoors and outdoors under the direction of a direct supervisor. This role requires strong teamwork, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to perform moderate physical activities such as lifting up to 75 pounds. The position involves no specialized equipment but does require the use of general tools and adherence to safety protocols including wearing work boots (steel-toed recommended). Opportunities for advancement and skill development are limited.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials and supplies efficiently
• Operate basic equipment as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the site
• Load and unload deliveries safely
• Manage inventory and organize supplies
• Comply with workplace safety standards
• Perform physical labor tasks including manual lifting up to 75 LB
• Conduct basic maintenance duties
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Set up and prepare worksite for daily operations

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in general labor roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift operation knowledge
• Basic tool usage skills
• Understanding of workplace safety practices
• Physical stamina for varied tasks
