Regional Truck Driver

Home every weekend
Gross $1,700 per week
Late-model sleeper cabs
6 months of recent truck driving experience required

Cheeseman Transport is hiring CDL A Regional Truck Drivers in Ontario, CA . Drivers will be driving within 500 miles delivering forklifts, batteries, tow motors and their parts. Come be a part of the Cheeseman journey!

Cheeseman CDL-A Truck Driver Compensation and Benefits

Gross $1,700 - paid weekly via direct deposit
Bonus & additional earning opportunities:
- Referral bonus: $5,000
- Sign-on bonus: $3,000
- Quarterly safety bonus

- Paid quarterly safety training

Cheeseman Truck Driver Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have CDL-A license
Must have 6 months of driving experience
Must have hazmat & tanker endorsements OR be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment
No felony in the past 7 years
No alcohol related offense in the past 5 years
Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

Home time: Home on the weekend and once during the week
Route: Delivering within 500 miles of Ontario, CA
Level of touch: Securing freight with wooden blocks and nail gun

Governed speed: 70 mph
ELD equipped using Samsara
APU and inverters
Outward facing camera
