This one delivers both.Job DutiesOperate sit-down forklifts and reach trucks to transport materials throughout the facilityMove raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies between production and storage areasRetrieve, stage, and place materials on racks for production and inventory purposesAssist with loading and unloading pallets, trailers, and trucksComplete inventory tracking and material movement transactions using scanning systemsPerform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues promptlyUse battery-operated hand tools as neededMaintain clean, organized staging, storage, and warehouse areasFollow all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)Support warehouse and production operations with additional duties as assignedRequirementsMinimum of 6 months of experience operating stand-up forklifts and reach trucks requiredValid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hirePrevious warehouse or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbsAbility to operate forklifts for extended periods throughout the shiftComfortable working in environments with varying temperatures and noise levelsStrong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracyAbility to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and qualityStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a teamBenefitsFair weekly pay that lands right on time.Real benefits: medical, dental, vision, life + optional 401(k)Respect for what you do.
