Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required | On-Call Required (1x per pay period)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit within a Critical Access facility
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5 in accordance with unit standards
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
• Participate in on-call rotation as required (once per pay period)
• Float to sister facilities nearby the contracted location as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State or Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
• Minimum of 1–2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Proficiency with Epic EMR charting system
• Ability to work every other weekend as part of the scheduled rotation
• Willingness to float to nearby sister facilities when required
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Experience working in a Critical Access hospital setting
• Familiarity with compliance module completion processes in a travel assignment context
