- Follow hospital protocols and documentation standards
- Utilize conscious sedation skills when applicable
- Float within the surgery department, adhering to department policies
- Current Indiana RN license (multistate preferred)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience
- Proven ability to care for surgical patients pre, intra, and post-operation
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and safety standards
