This role is responsible for maintaining the bank’s customer files in compliance with established policies and procedures. This includes performing a variety of duties related to customer service and support. The scope of these duties includes general customer inquiries, return item processes, internet and telephone banking assistance, mobile deposit processing, tax levies and DDA charge-off reporting as well as other general customer assistance and other duties as assigned by management. This role must be able to exhibit excellent customer service to the bank’s customers and fellow employees.
Duties/Responsibilities:This is a centralized function to support operations to ensure efficiency throughout the bank.
Required Skills/Abilities:- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent math skills.
- Trustworthiness and the ability to act with integrity.
- Thorough understanding of customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
· 3 year prior banking experience in branch or deposit operations area preferred.
Physical Requirements:- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- May need to stand for long periods of time.
