Laboratory Operations Manager

Job Description:
• This individual will work with project teams consisting of cross-functional team members from metrology, validation, analytical operations, quality assurance, and facilities operations to ensure the efficient completion of these laboratory-based projects
• Projects pertaining to the purchase, installation, and qualification of new analytical instrumentation, equipment, and software.
• Collaborate with Analytical Operations and Procurement in obtaining and reviewing quotes,
facilitating POs, and following up on shipping & delivery status.
• Manage laboratory operations projects, including new instruments and equipment, new
software, and process improvements.
• Assist in the demonstration of new laboratory systems
• knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
• Experience using/maintaining analytical lab instruments.
• Working knowledge of Instrument validation/qualification
• B.S. in a STEM field
• 2+ years of Project Management experience, 2+ years of Pharmaceutical Industry experience
