STR in Woburn, MA seeks a Senior Algorithm & Signal Processing Researcher to develop and demonstrate novel algorithms for radar, EW, and remote sensing. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to transition concepts into integrated systems for lab and field use. The role requires 2–5+ years of relevant experience and strong MATLAB/Python/C/C++ programming.
