Sr. Financial Analyst – Product Management

Salary: $97,000–$110,000/year Schedule: Traditional daytime hours Location: Hybrid – minimum of 2 days onsite per week Job Type: Direct Hire

We are seeking a commercially focused Sr. Financial Analyst to partner with Product Management and cross-functional business teams to support profitable growth and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze product lines and business conditions to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and profitability.
• Partner with Product Management leadership by providing financial analysis, guidance, and business insights.
• Support pricing analysis, annual pricing initiatives, new product development, lifecycle innovation, and strategic investment decisions.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Develop and streamline reporting tools and processes across Finance and business teams.
• Participate in special projects and other financial initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Finance or Accounting experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems required; JD Edwards experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required. Experience with SAP Web Intelligence, OneStream, Power BI, and Microsoft Office is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid/virtual team environment.

This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary of $97,000–$110,000 annually and a flexible hybrid schedule with a minimum of two days onsite per week.
