ExecuSource has partnered with a highly respected Orthopedic Sports Medicine group to identify a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join their growing clinical team in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a supportive team environment and excellent work-life balance. The hiring manager is actively scheduling interviews-apply today!

Retention Bonus: $7,500 (paid after 6 months of employment)
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare exam rooms, imaging equipment, and necessary instruments for procedures
Perform high-quality imaging using X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, and C-Arm equipment
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and clear communication throughout procedures
Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of imaging equipment
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Additional Responsibilities (as needed):

Assist with basic clinical duties during downtime, including:
- Rooming patients
- Taking vital signs
- Recording height and weight

Qualifications:

ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
Minimum of 1 year of X-Ray experience
Proficiency in X-Ray and C-Arm operation required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Basic computer proficiency

Schedule & Perks :

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements
