You will be assigned to specific clients by the Registered Nurse or other appropriate professionals and perform services for clients as necessary to maintain personal comfort and safety in their home. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:As a Home Health Aide, you will:  Deliver direct patient care and support, following the established plan of care.Measure and record vital signs and other specified metrics as instructed.Assist with personal care tasks and activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, oral hygiene, nail & skin care, shaving, dressing).Perform household tasks essential to health care and living at home (e.g., meal preparation/feeding, laundry, light housekeeping).Assists patients in taking medications under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse.
