We offer patients convenient access to innovative treatments and advancements that improve the health and overall well-being of our community.Responsibilities- Performs initial and on-going assessments of patient's condition.- Establishes, revises, and evaluates a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family- Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient- Oversees activities of physical therapy assistants, students and other support personnel- Oral and written communication is professional and timely- Completes all mandatory department, educational and hospital requirements- Adheres to current Infection Control and Safety Standards- Regular and prompt attendance- Ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required- Related duties as assignedQualifications- Successful completion of an approved program in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution as approved and accepted by the University of South Alabama.
